Man has to pay ex wife for 'sexless marriage'

A French judge has ruled that a man must pay his ex wife $13,965 for a sexless marriage. The man was fined under section 215 of France's civil code, which says that "married couples agree to a shared communal life".

Well, that would probably turn off (pun intended), Asexuals from going to France to seek love and/or marry. (Of course, this only applies to Aces who are seeking and/or marriage who might've thought of going to France for either love and/or marriage).

He argued that he was exhausted and had health problems that prevented him from having sex, but the judge decreed: "A sexual relationship between husband and wife is the expression of affection they have for each other".

Wait what? There is really no other way two spouses can express affection for each other? Color this sapioromantic author shocked!
