Quite simply: Yes. Just as a Christian can be Gay, Straight, Bi or Pan. Same goes for Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Pagans, Atheists, Agnostics, etc etc.
One's religion (or lack thereof), does not dictate one's sexual orientation, despite what religious leaders would have you believe. Re: That homosexuality is evil, that heterosexual is the only way to be, etc etc.

Wikpedia, the occasionally accurate source of all information says that there are no set Asexual symbols. Certainly there is no one symbol that the entire Asexual community has agreed upon to represent them, but certain symbols have become associated with Asexuality through long term usage.
The Upside Down Shaded Triangle
The upside down shaded triangle is the symbol used by AVEN. The bottom of the triangle represents Asexuality and the rest of the triangle represents what is commonly referred to as the sexuality spectrum. A few people consider this symbol as being representative of AVEN, rather than as representative of Asexuals as a whole. The Knights of the Shaded Triangle forum uses the same symbol.
The Ace of Spades
The Ace of Spades represents aromatic Asexuals. The use of the term Ace has been explained in another article. It is not the only card that has been adopted as a symbol of the Asexual community.
The Ace of Hearts
The Ace of Hearts is a symbol for Romantic Asexuals.
The Black Ring
A black ring does not mean anything if it is not worn properly. The black or onyx ring worn on a person's right middle finger is a sign that the wearer is Asexual. The color of the ring and its significance was decided on AVEN several years ago. The right hand is chosen because most wedding rings are worn on the left hand. The middle finger was similarly chosen because it is not the normal ring finger.

A person who follows the Asexual community for any length of time will eventually come across the term 'Ace'. The reader may find the lablel to be incredibly pretentious, or they may find the use of the label confusing. The orgins of Ace as a slang term for Asexual are uncomplicated and not as arrogant as one might imagine. No Asexual seriously believes that they have superior skills to many non-Asexuals when it comes to flying a airplane. An Asexual may be an Ace in one area of their life, but when they apply the term to their sexuality, they mean something different.

Vaginismus is a problem that can make it difficult, painful or impossible for women to have intercourse. A woman who suffers from the condition may abstain from sexual activity because intercourse is painful, but a person who has the condition is not necessarily Asexual.

It was that exact query that brought someone here. And took them to the 'Is the erasure of Asexual men a growing problem'? article. But even so, despite a recent article on romantic vs sexual orientation and other articles that touch on relationships, this hasn't been addressed.
