Free E-book Explains Basic Asexual Concepts

Asexuality 101 materials are hard to find. Anthony Bogaert’s upcoming book, Understanding Asexuality, covers the topic from an academic perspective. What is lacking is a comprehensive print guide that Asexuals can show to people who ask the same questions about Asexuality repeatedly. The owner of the Asexuality Archive website has put out a pdf which answers many of the most common questions.

The material is similar to the material already covered on AVEN and other pamphlets, but it describes it in more depth. The author of the book warns that the material is not edited and is very much a rough draft. In its current form, it uses many unnecessary filler phrases, but the filler phrases are a minor issue and do not detract from the book itself.

The book uses a conversational tone. Readers can follow along and understand the points made easily. The author did not intend to go into detail on any topic. As the author works on the book, which is often taken from his posts on the Asexuality Archive site, it will become more developed.

Users who need a pdf or a hard copy of a basic guide to many different Asexuality related topics can download the work in progress from the site.
