Unintentionally erasing Asexual women?

In a childfree community I'm a member of on LJ, the topic of vaginismus came up. Never having heard of it before, I looked it up, just out of curiosity. Then I looked it up again, this time, to get some more information on it. A site I clicked on has this on the right side of the page, "Vaginismus is a common cause of ongoing sexual pain and is also the primary female cause of sexless marriages". Which, to me, seems to be ignoring the fact that not all women, even married women, want sex.

I would link to it, but I'm afraid I'd screw up the link. The site is www.vaginismus.com. I mean granted, sex is important to a lot of people, but has it never occurred to people that some of us just aren't interested in sex? Is that really so hard to grasp? (Both are rhetorical questions by the way).
