Asexual News has sent a request to Mansfield films asking for more information about this film. The marketing materials suggest Asexuality is not a real orientation, but it is difficult to tell what the intent of the film makers is from a two minute video clip.
The portrayal in the clip is similar to the way Asexuality was portrayed in House's Better Half episode, but the filmmakers have chosen to reveal little about how the film ends.

Oh goodness. Misrepresentati ons of asexuality aside, this film looks really hammy in the least satisfying way. I don't see it achieving a very wide distribution.
