Just to be clear, this author doesn't care if one has sex with a much younger person, as long as it's consensual.
Anyway, the ABC network refuses to air the ad for Our Idiot Brother. Reason being, "Please remove the exchange of what is assumed to be drugs", "Please remove the visual of the character using the juice box to depict urination" and "Please remove the references to getting high and smoking".

American Doctor Who fans will soon be able to get their fix of this popular, quirky and long-running British science fiction series. The series was filmed outside of British soil for the first time. Matthew Smith will continue playing the doctor through the next season.
The first six episodes of the season ended with the words, “Let’s Kill Hitler” .The first episode of the second half of the season will start on August 27th. Doctor Who's reboot has enjoyed unusually high ratings on BBC America.

A user on Tumblr announced that Robin would announce his Asexuality in a post earlier today. The post contained a link to the comic's authority web page to lend authenticity to the rumor. The revelation of Tim Drake's Asexuality would come about in an upcoming DC comic where he rejects the advancaes of a sexuality-exploring Superboy. (Asexual News cannot find the Tumblr post where this announcement was made). (Ed note: That's funny as you reblogged the Tumblr post where the announcement was made & I submitted a link to your Tumblr from the website where it was originally posted, which I see you have linked to in this aticle).

Asexual Gamer's Network starts Minecraft server

The Asexual Gamer's Network recently replaced its Team Fortress server with a Minecraft server. Minecraft is a popular fantasy roleplaying element that lets users create their own dungeons and environments. AGN member Disco posted the news of the new server on August 18th.
Why outing Bert and Ernie doesn't help Asexual visiblity

The decision of the makers of Sesame Street to out Bert and Ernie as Asexual puppets shattered the dreams of many slash fiction writers. A few people have called on AVEN to praise Bert and Ernie for coming out of the closet, but the people who make this call ignore one critical factor about Sesame Street. Sesame Street is a show for children. People who try to put political pressure on the makers of children's shows to out their characters would be better off focusing on prime time television shows.
While Asexuals may list the pair in famous Asexuals, it has not improved visibility much, if it has improved visibility at all. American television treats Asexuals today the same way it treated Homosexuals in the 1970s. Asexuality may be hinted at, like it is in the Big Bang Theory, but no character has ever come out and said that he or she is Asexual.
