Antisex: It Claims to be a Film About Asexuals But Is It Worth Watching?

Antisex, a Russian film from 2008 bills itself as a Romantic comedy. The Romantic comedy genre is not ignored by Asexuals, but it is not one that receives a lot of attention. This Russian film centers around an actor who falls in love with a girl who claims to be Asexual. The film does get one or two things right, such as the number of people who are Asexual, but it introduces many elements that will cause many Asexuals to decide not to watch it.

High quality cinematography is not expected from a low budget film, but it suffers from many other problems as well. Antisex suggests that Asexuals are abstaining from sex to achieve a higher religious purpose. The reasoning seems to be confused. The subtitles of the film make it more difficult to follow.
