AroPlane Offers Virtual Gathering Place for Aromantics

Aromantics do not currently dominate discussions involving Asexuality. Romantic Asexuals do not always realize this, but the Aromantics have responded by creating their own spaces. Although AVEN and other sites try to accommodate everyone who falls on the Asexuality spectrum, certain groups tend to dominate the discussions after a while. A new forum called AroPlane attempts to meet the community needs for Aromantics.

AVEN users have attempted to add an Aromantic subforum that caters to Aromantic Aces and Sexuals, but this effort has produced little if any effect. AroPlace does not cater to Asexuality per se, and attempts to be a gathering place for people who do not have an interest in romance.
