Asexual News asked its users if they would be celebrating an unofficial Asexual Awareness Week in the third week of October. The poll was not promoted and marked a low point in participation. Nevertheless, before the new poll is released, it helps to have the results of the old poll placed. A total of six people voted.
The results were:
No – 67%
Yes – 33%
The administrators welcome any poll suggestions from users. The site owner is positive readers can come up with better polls than the previous one.

Asexual News recently asked its readers if more men should wear kilts. This poll, which was sponsored by the Castle Anthrax naming committee, produced results that were surprising by some and expected by others.
The results were:

- Why are women fascinated by men in skirts? I do not get it –6%
- No – 33%
- Hell No – 0%
